For clients located in Australia:
- All orders over $99 are eligible for free standard shipping. Orders under $99 will incur an $10 fee.
- Express shipping is included on all orders over $179 or is available on all other orders for a flat $15 fee.
For clients located in New Zealand:
- All orders over $149 are eligible for free standard shipping. Orders under $149 will incur a $15 NZD fee.
- Express shipping is included on all orders over $249 or is available for a $25 NZD fee.

All orders are dispatched from our South Australian warehouse within 24 hours.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post – the typical delivery timeframes are outlined below:

After placing an order with us you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. We’ll then send you a follow up email with your shipment tracking number when your order is dispatched. You can follow the progress of your shipment on the Australia Post website or mobile app.

If no one is present to accept delivery the courier will attempt to leave the parcel in a secure location on the premises. Where this isn’t possible, the parcel will be taken to your local post office for your collection.
